Return Policy
General Return Policy: All returns must be initiated within 3 business days after receipt of order by calling our offices at (610) 366-7220, Monday-Friday between 9AM-5PM EST. Please have your invoice number available.
Returns due to a packing or shipping error: Arai will provide a return postage label and correct the error at no charge.
Returns due to the wrong part(s) being ordered or longer wanted/needed: The part must be returned postage pre-paid in brand new, unused condition in the original undamaged packaging. Once received and inspected, and if the refund is approved, a credit for the original part(s) will be posted back to the original credit card on the order. Original shipping will not be refunded.
Exchanges due to the wrong part/size/color being ordered: The part must be returned postage pre-paid in brand new, unused condition in the original undamaged packaging. Once received and inspected, and if the exchange is approved, the replacement part(s) will be shipped. Any cost difference in the part(s) will either be credited back or charged as necessary to the original card on the order. Shipping charges for the replacement part(s) will be billed to the original card. Original shipping will not be refunded.
Arai reserves the right to refuse or adjust a return or refund if the product or packaging is damaged, dirty or used.
